Aside from occasional illogicality and lack of progression, ignoring what looks very much like bloat (padding), passing over historical inaccuracies (even if there is also much historical accuracy and detail which itself in part contributes to the bloat), what we end up with Blackout is a Boys Own (former British children's comic) adventure.
